What is your role in the health & wellbeing of others?
My work as an Aromatic Kinesiologist embraces aromatherapy

as part of a holistic approach to healing and personal transformation.

From one on one work to the therapeutic aromatic mists

now available at Shop Handmade, my goal is to support people

in creating positive change in their lives, like my

tagline says “Helping you to blossom”.

What drew you to the field of aromatherapy?
I have loved flowers for their beauty for as long as I can

remember and always been interested in ‘what makes us tick’.

As I learned and experienced firsthand, the medicinal value

of plants & their healing properties particularly via essential oils

and flower essences, I wanted to share that with others.

How is aromatherapy beneficial for health & wellbeing?
Aromas speak to our very core and the essential oils can support

us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I concentrate on the symbolic and metaphoric nature of the oils,

work pioneered in Australia by Robbi Zeck. By gaining insight into

what is hindering our potential, people can experience shifts

or relief on each or all of those levels. For example a client who

had hip and back pain was able to start running again.

Another dramatically improved their connection to and relationship

with their children after gaining insight into an earlier

trauma & subsequent ‘survivor guilt’.

What are your favourite aromas to work with?
Impossible to answer - they are all such treasures!

At the moment I’m very attracted to Lemongrass which

is all about expanding opportunities and moving beyond limitations.

I even add a few drops to the mop bucket – it makes the house sing!

How would you like people to feel when they use your products?
The mists have been created to assist with a range

of situations in life – from labour/birthing, recovery from surgery

and decluttering/organising to assisting with the release of emotional

ties to the past and addressing feelings of stress and anxiety.
Basically I want people to feel supported and encouraged.

They can act as an aromatic circuit breaker,

an uplifting cheer squad, comforter or nurturer.

What makes your products unique?
I believe anything created with mindfulness and love

carries a high energetic signature that resonates well in the world.

The mists are much more than a nice smell

- they really can change the way we feel.
